Job summary

Barlean’s is seeking a Production Operator to operate encapsulation equipment for soft gel capsules, including setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting. The role requires following GMP standards and maintaining quality during 12.5-hour night shifts on a 14-day cycle.

You will monitor drying equipment, perform material changeovers, and prepare finished products for storage or transfer while keeping a tidy, safe work area and adhering to all SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation equipment for production runs.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Monitor quality and perform defect inspection.
• Sort capsules and prepare finished product for storage or transfer.
• Perform material changeovers as needed.
• Follow GMP, GDP, SOPs, and SQF regulations.
• Maintain safety and PPE procedures.
