Job summary

Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. is seeking an Encapsulation Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain encapsulation equipment for capsule production, ensuring quality and safety in line with GMP and SOP.

You will prepare materials, adjust machine settings, perform in-process quality checks, document activities, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with shift teams to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of weights and measurements (metric system).
• Familiarity with RedZone and Oracle.
• Ability to operate process equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• General computer skills helpful.
• Ability to monitor equipment and keep accurate records.
• Ability to lift heavy weights.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Effective communication across shifts and teamwork.

JOB SUMMARY

An Encapsulation Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining encapsulation equipment used in the production of capsules. The operator ensures capsules are manufactured according to quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. Key duties include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing in-process quality checks, documenting production activities, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and following GMP, SOP, and safety procedures.
