EEI Manufacturing Services Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing on-site in Clearwater, FL. You will own the production schedule, coach a 25-person team, and ensure on-time, defect-free assemblies for aerospace and defense customers.

The role blends hands-on floor work with strategic scheduling, quality control, and cross-functional coordination to hit ship dates and cost targets while maintaining a safe, trained workforce.

Competenze

• 5+ years in production management or equivalent in electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and through-hole PCBA, cable/harness and box-build.
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Class 3 preferred).
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality system.
• Hands-on use of an ERP/MRP for scheduling, labor reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Clear written and verbal communication with floor staff, peers and customers.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.62).

Mansioni

• Build and maintain the daily and weekly production schedule from released work orders, material availability and customer due dates.
• Load work centers to balance capacity and minimize WIP.
• Lead the daily production meeting; identify shortages and drive recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate work order status, labor reporting and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate new product introductions and engineering changes for timely first articles.
