Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs of all production areas.
• Facilitate daily production meetings with department managers.
• Direct production operations as needed.
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Establish operational standards for throughput and quality.
• Assist with staffing and training of subordinates.
• Review inventory to meet production plans.
