• Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies to optimize processes.
• Organize and lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping across functions.
• Mentor and train teams in strategic problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma.
• Apply hypothesis testing, DOE, GR&R, SPC and process capability analyses to validate improvements.
• Ensure sustainability through control plans and standard work.
