Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse operations.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor, Lead, or Shift Supervisor preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and packaging operations on the production floor.
• Lead associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Work alongside team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and assembly activities as needed.
• Monitor schedules to meet customer deadlines and maintain records.
• Train and develop production staff and communicate priorities.
