Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; 1–3 years in people management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency operating Inside UFPI with policy training and navigation knowledge.
• Experience with CI, 5S and TPM principles.
• Forklift Driver licensing completion and safe operation.
• Ability to train, provide daily feedback, and manage employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the workday.
• Communicate daily production goals, priorities, and expectations.
• Monitor production progress and keep work on schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues that may slow or stop production.
• Ensure materials, tools, and information are available for tasks.
• Monitor quality and address concerns as they occur.
• Enforce safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
• Train and cross-train employees across areas.
• Provide feedback and coach for performance improvement.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving.
