Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically, 3-4 years of production planning or manufacturing operations experience in a high-volume, quick-turn environment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with MAX inventory software or a comparable materials requirements planning (MRP) system.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing production needs.
• Experience working with diverse populations and English language learners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate staffing, workflow, and production priorities.
• Develop weekly production plans based on customer orders and project requirements.
• Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and performance against established goals.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and production records are accurate.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maximize production capacity and resource utilization.
