• Hands-on experience supervising production personnel and daily work assignments.

• Experience using ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems for work orders and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the production team with day-to-day leadership and accountability.
• Monitor work-order progress, resolve routine delays, and escalate when needed.
• Lead hands-on setup and execution of mechanical assembly per drawings and specs.
• Use JDE and stock/warehouse tools to support material movements and inventory records.
• Support first-level mechanical troubleshooting and quality by coordinating inspection and rework.
