Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembly Team Lead to supervise the daily operations of assembly production cells, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role provides hands-on leadership, supports training on SOPs, and drives continuous improvement while serving as a communication link between operators and leadership.

You will lead 5+ operators, coordinate daily activities, monitor KPIs, and mentor team members to achieve productivity goals and develop talent across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates speed, agility and urgency in resolving production challenges.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of assembly production cells, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Lead 5+ operators, including full-time and contingent staff; train on SOPs and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, production output and labor utilization; coordinate changeovers.
• Provide performance feedback and participate in evaluations; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production leadership to address issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate production priorities, communicate changes, and ensure schedule attainment.
• Serve as backup supervisor and resolve production-related technical issues.
