Job summary

Terranova Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing floor operations in Lumberton, NC. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while developing a strong production team.

You will coach employees, optimize processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and improve productivity. This role emphasizes problem-solving, Lean practices, and reliable floor leadership.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with production scheduling and workflow management.
Ability to analyze production data and solve operational problems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Assign work and manage staffing to hit production targets.
Monitor output and productivity; take action when goals are at risk.
Review production, quality, and maintenance reports to identify causes of nonconformance or operational issues.
Develop and implement operating methods that eliminate problems and improve product quality.
Communicate daily priorities and expectations clearly to production teams.
