W. S. Badger is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor within the Operations team in New Hampshire. The role requires hands-on leadership, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring safety and quality in manufacturing according to SOPs and batch records.

You will supervise production staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and participate in continuous improvement while performing on-the-floor tasks as needed to meet schedules.

Formación

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Three or more years of experience leading a team.
• Two or more years of experience in a FDA production environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise day-to-day activities of the Production team and ensure appropriate daily coverage.
• Lead daily Production activities to meet goals; fill in on machine operation when needed.
• Work hands-on alongside the team; assist with machine operation, line setup, packing, cleaning as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met according to batch records, SOPs and cGMP.
• Train and coach team members; coordinate with QA to update training as SOPs change.
• Provide coaching and feedback; support organizational initiatives.
• Schedule alignment with Production/Warehouse Manager and HR on employee relations issues.
• Improve procedures and work instructions; review problems with Quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure SYSPRO training across staff.
• Oversee regular site cleanings and maintain a safe, lawful work environment.
• Attend meetings and participate in company activities.
