Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement safety, quality, and productivity ideas for equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance, and Leadership to analyze equipment and process limits.
• Lead improvement opportunities and projects per schedule and KPIs.
