RealTruck is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st and 2nd shifts. Roles include assembling, prepping, and painting fiberglass and related components, with training provided to develop new skills. Shifts run Monday–Thursday, with morning or late-evening schedules depending on the line.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour, with weekly direct deposit and paid orientation. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Willingness to rotate through stations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prep, or paint components across fiberglass operations.
• Rotate through multiple stations with support from trainers to develop new skills.
