Job summary

RealTruck in Sparks, NV is hiring a Production Associate for Paint Repairs, buffing and polishing. You will handle paint repairs, buffing, and product inspection, using drills, screw guns and paint spray guns on a 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00am-4:30pm) with OT on Fri.

This on-site role offers wage starting at $20.25/hr, paid orientation and training, weekly direct deposit pay, and opportunities to train on different processes while contributing to quality and warranty decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior paint repair experience is a plus.
• Willingness to move around and train on different processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint repairs, buffing and polishing on products.
• Inspect and evaluate returns for repairs and warranty considerations.
• Operate hand tools and paint spray guns; ensure product quality.
