Hickman’s Family Farms in Tonopah, AZ is seeking a Processing Maintenance Technician I to support machine setup, routine maintenance, and equipment upkeep for smooth facility operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and some maintenance experience, offering hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include using basic hand tools, servicing wash tanks, adjusting chlorine levels, changing air filters, and maintaining a clean work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand tools to perform maintenance tasks.
• Assist with routine machine setup and parts maintenance.
• Monitor and adjust water treatment levels as required.
• Inspect and service wash tanks and heat exchangers; clean as needed.
• Replace air filters in air handlers and compressors.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance area and document PM tasks.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
