Job summary

Palermo's Pizza is seeking a Processing Line Lead for the 3rd shift at the Canal Street facility in Milwaukee, WI. You will be the hands-on leader for the assigned processing line, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met while guiding a team through daily operations.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on GMPs and food safety. The successful candidate will support start-ups, transitions, and continuous improvement on the line.

• Experience leading a production line or manufacturing team.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Ability to organize people and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to employees on the processing line.
• Keep line running safely and efficiently to meet daily production schedule.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate line start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and product transitions.
• Identify and escalate mechanical issues to maintenance/supervisor.
