Job summary

Palermo's Pizza, Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Maintenance Lead (2nd Shift) to guide a team of technicians, maintain lines at 98%+ uptime, and move the shop toward planned maintenance. You’ll stay hands-on with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, robotics) and mentor your crew to grow their skills.

We offer a $7,000 sign-on bonus, $40/hr base with off-shift premium, uniforms, safety shoe/glasses/tool reimbursements, 3 weeks PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including leading or mentoring others.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a shift team of technicians, keeping lines running at 98%+ uptime.

Pay

From $40/hr plus weekend and holiday premiums, a $7,000 sign-on bonus, a $5.00/hr off-shift premium, and a $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.

Schedule

Hiring on 2nd Shift (2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)
