Jobot is seeking a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing facility near Chicago. This hands-on role serves as a key technical resource for plant operations, helping troubleshoot process issues, analyze performance, and identify improvements to quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Chemical Engineering required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process diagrams and equipment in manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyze, and report key operational and process parameters.
• Read, interpret, and work with P&IDs and process flow diagrams to support troubleshooting, process improvements, and equipment modifications
• Audit manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and procedures against established SOPs
• Analyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
• Investigate process deviations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Serve as a technical resource to manufacturing teams in troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues
• Recommend process modifications to improve product quality, efficiency, reliability, and overall plant performance
• Work directly with production and plant leadership to solve operational problems and implement improvements
• Develop a strong understanding of the facility by working across various plant production processes
