Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Inglewood, CA to help scale production in a hands-on, on-site environment. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to solve quality challenges and improve processes to meet demanding requirements.
The ideal candidate has a mechanical or industrial engineering background, at least 4 years in manufacturing, and strong skills in process development, PFMEA, and control plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
- Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Lead or support PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality and engineering teams.
