Responsibilities

• Improve thermoforming and flexible packaging processes.
• Lead process testing and validation.
• Analyze downtime, scrap, and process variation.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Support new equipment and process implementation.
• Train and coach operators and technicians on best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality to solve problems.
