Job summary

Cindavi in Evansville, Wisconsin, seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to own the plant's quality function. You will lead a small team of quality technicians, drive PPAP activity, and sustain ISO 9001:2015 certification while partnering with engineering and operations to improve process capability on machined casting programs.

You will work directly on the manufacturing floor, coach staff, interpret GD&T, oversee metrology including CMMs and spectrometers, and implement permanent corrective actions

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing quality leadership with ownership of an entire plant quality function.
• Strong experience with PPAP, ISO 9001, and corrective action methodologies.
• Solid GD&T interpretation and dimensional inspection skills; metrology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Technicians on the floor.
• Own the PPAP process and drive fast, clear communication for new part launches.
• Drive corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification including audits and documentation.
• Improve quality for machined castings; interpret GD&T and establish measurement strategies.
• Oversee the calibration program and metrology equipment to ensure reliability.
