Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and make sound day‑to‑day decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct daily activities of Maintenance Technicians and Service Clerks.
• Prioritize maintenance and plant support work based on equipment needs, PM requirements, and production priorities.
• Assign work and monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other industrial equipment.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Order maintenance parts, supplies, tools, and services while maintaining inventory levels.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, vendors, repairs, and facility projects.
