You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements, while coaching supervisors and leads to execute the plan.

This role emphasizes KPI-driven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading a team of 80+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day production operations on the plant floor.
• Build the production schedule with cross-functional partners based on forecast and material availability.
• Manage production crews, activities, and resources to hit production goals.
• Own uptime and work with the production manager on maintenance planning for production equipment.
