This hands-on leadership role requires 5–7+ years of manufacturing experience, a bachelor's degree, and proven experience in ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with 5–7+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of proven managerial experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 80+ employees.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to read, analyze, and apply technical procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a leading-from-the-front management style.
