Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a personal injury practice.
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate strong writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case development.
