Qualifications

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic janitorial tasks.
• Maintain doors, lighting, shelving, fixtures, and other building components.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify issues.
• Coordinate with the Department Director and Contractors for larger repairs.
