Eligible students must be enrolled in a four-year program with a 3.0+ GPA, pursuing a related degree. The internship offers mentorship, housing stipend, and opportunities to interact with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a four-year program pursuing a bachelor's degree.
GPA 3.0 or higher required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assists the Team Leader and Shift Leader in daily tasks, training, and development of subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements.
Assists production staff to ensure product quality and integrity; ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
Maintains an environment conducive to retaining associates; administers company policies and procedures.
Rotates through various plant functions during training across multiple departments.
