The program provides a mentor, workshops, and travel to various Perdue locations. Qualified candidates are enrolled in a four-year program with a 3.0 GPA or higher, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader and Shift Leader with daily tasks and provide guidance to subordinates.
• Support production staff to ensure product quality and adherence to customer requirements.
• Help maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
• Rotate through multiple plant functions during training, including various departments.
