Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Degree fields include Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Business or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader and Shift Leader with daily tasks, training, and development of subordinates.
• Support production staff to ensure product quality and customer requirements.
• Rotate through functions across plants during training (various departments listed).
• Adhere to safety, operating, and quality requirements within the department.
