Job summary

This is a hands-on, technical leadership role designed for Staff/Principal level engineers, focusing on architecture, automation, and delivery rather than traditional people management.

You will drive engineering standards, bring European practices to the US, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve reliability, observability, and incident response

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go or Python for production-grade tooling.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation for scalable systems.
• Background in SRE or infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network infrastructure initiatives across the US.
• Drive architecture design, implementation and adoption of standards.
• Review architectures, identify risks and set engineering practices.
• Contribute hands-on to code, automation and incident resolution.
• Improve network reliability, observability and operational processes.
• Collaborate with network, software, SRE, security and platform teams.
• Coordinate with international engineering teams.
