Job summary

Scale is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive innovative microgrid projects across the Northeast. You will work closely with internal teams ensuring project success from contract to commissioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, general contracting, logistics, engineering, or energy industry.
• Understanding of building code and regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously and represent Scale in customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for microgrid construction projects from contract signature to commissioning.
• Ensure alignment among company functions throughout the project process.
• Manage bid solicitation, review, and subcontractor negotiations.
