Kinsley Construction is seeking an experienced Metal Stud Framing & Drywall Working Foreman to join our Building Division in York, PA. This role leads from the front, directing daily planning, layout, manpower, and materials to safely execute work per contract documents, schedule, and quality standards.

Ideal candidate has strong field experience with metal stud framing, hanging and finishing drywall, acoustical ceilings, and trim, with a proven ability to lead crews of 5+ people and to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience for the Foreman position.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must have valid driver’s license with ability to travel to assigned project sites.

Responsabilités

• Effectively lead, manage and motivate crews of 5+ individuals.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the job.
• Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.
• Use various hand and power tools such as saws, screw guns, sanders, tape measures, squares, levels, etc.
• Check completed work to ensure it is level, plumb and square.
