Job summary

You will apply strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and use hand and power tools to replace bearings, belts, and motors while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have experience performing mechanical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with conveyors, bearings, chains, rollers, sprockets, gearboxes, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Replace bearings, chains, rollers, belts, motors, and other mechanical components as needed
• Inspect equipment for wear and identify potential mechanical problems before failures occur
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs
