Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to safely assemble and verify mechanical components from intake through shipment. The role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools, ability to read blueprints, and strong mechanical aptitude. The environment is non-air-conditioned in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, operating forklifts and cranes, and maintaining production records while supporting safety, reliability, and quality goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience using hand tools and operating forklifts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safe work practices.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and other equipment.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment to move components.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily output targets.
• Maintain accurate production and assembly records.
