Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and resolving production issues.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with CAD models and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork across global teams.
• Ability to work on the production floor with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience on buses and heavy vehicles on the production floor.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and CAD models for build issues.
• Identify root causes and implement practical fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve reliability.
• Review CAD models using NX or similar software.
• Support multiple vehicle programs including future zero-emission initiatives.
