Job summary

RTX in Everett, WA seeks a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri 5:00am–1:30pm). You will assemble, test, fabricate and inspect products in standard and non-standard environments, following blueprints and specifications.

Successful candidates read drawings, use hand and power tools, manage inventory, perform quality checks, and follow safety procedures to deliver high-quality assemblies.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or technical training with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Ability to read specifications and bills of materials to complete assembly.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory of products at work stations and ensure materials are available.
• Perform quality checks on work and rework as needed per engineering changes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and rework products to meet quality standards.
