Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our production team responsible for engine and sub-assembly kit assembly and testing. You will read engineering drawings, use hand and power tools, follow safety rules, and contribute to quality and productivity.

Prior mechanical assembly experience is preferred, with ability to lift 35 lbs and perform hands-on work. Pay is $22 per hour; shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; benefits include medical, dental,

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform hands-on assembly.
Basic computer knowledge to support MRP transactions.
Good verbal and written communication to coordinate with leadership and team.
Experience in mechanical assembly (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

Learn and follow plant safety requirements while assembling and testing engines, sub-assemblies, and kits.
Assemble product according to engineering drawings to meet Quality requirements.
Use hand tools and/or power tools to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Identify and resolve problems and escalate to protect quality and throughput.
Complete inventory and job transactions in the MRP system and keep area clean.
