Job summary

CelLink Corporation in Georgetown, TX is seeking hands-on Manufacturing Technicians to join our state-of-the-art mega facility. You’ll operate and set up production equipment, troubleshoot first-level issues, and support engineering with process trials and new product introductions.

This role offers the opportunity to impact quality, yield, throughput, and process stability on the manufacturing floor while maintaining safety and 5S discipline in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, production, or related technical environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and clear issue communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and processes, including changeovers and startup checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes, identify abnormal conditions, and escalate to Maintenance or Engineering as needed.
• Support Engineering with process development, trials, qualifications, and new product introductions.
• Collect, analyze, and document manufacturing data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, yield, throughput, and process stability.
• Maintain a safe, organized manufacturing environment with 5S and accurate documentation.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1+ year manufacturing/production experience
