Job summary

CelLink is looking for hands-on Manufacturing Technicians to join our Georgetown, Texas facility. You will operate and set up production equipment, perform first-level troubleshooting, and support Engineering with process trials and NPI activities.

You will work on improving quality, yield, throughput, and process stability on the manufacturing floor, while maintaining safety, 5S discipline, and accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safe use of hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes and identify abnormal conditions.
• Support Engineering with process development and trials.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data and document findings.
• Drive continuous improvement on the floor with cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain a safe and organized manufacturing environment per safety/5S.
