Herbally Yours Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team.

Work Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with three-day weekends in a clean, climate-controlled facility focused on quality, safety, and GMP. We offer training and a supportive team that values growth and precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and break down production equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.
• Ensure equipment and production areas are properly prepared before beginning production runs.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and verify products meet established specifications.
• Complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Perform routine quality checks and identify any production or quality concerns.
• Follow all equipment, machinery, safety, and GMP procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production runs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
