Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support product manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This temporary, fully onsite role involves assembling products, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting equipment and processes, supporting prototype builds, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure on-time production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Perform production manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on parts and components.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to complete builds on time.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
• Set up and operate production equipment per SOPs.
• Assist engineers in developing or testing prototypes or new products.
• Maintain inventory of job materials and keep a safe, tidy workspace.
