Ultipro is seeking a Product Assembly Technician to ensure efficient assembly to specifications and quality standards. You will follow procedures, verify completed work orders, and communicate deviations to the manager.

The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, lifting up to 50 lbs, and supporting production planning with routings. A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years in mechanical and/or electrical production.
• Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical assemblies; strong eye-hand dexterity.

Aufgaben

• Assemble products to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Follow procedures and guidelines for production.
• Report deficiencies affecting product quality to management.
• Provide information to Production Planning for routings maintenance.
• Review and process work orders in a timely manner.
• Verify production and testing activities of mechanical and electrical products.
• Support QA in quality compliance of non-conforming parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Update Assembly Manager on potential deviations.
• Ensure all shop orders have necessary information completed.
• Provide training to team members as needed.
