Job summary

Konik is seeking a Project Manager for Custom Manufacturing in Bloomington, MN. This on-site role oversees customer projects from entry to delivery, coordinating internal teams and maintaining schedules to meet committed delivery dates.

The candidate will manage multiple long-duration projects, communicate with customers and contractors, and work closely with engineering, operations, and purchasing to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, building products, or custom manufacturing.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from order entry through final delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and contractors.
• Coordinate a portfolio of projects through engineering, production, and delivery.
