Job summary

BeLeaf Medical LLC in Missouri is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate and maintain equipment for extraction, distillation, and formulation. This hands-on role supports Sinse Cannabis products from biomass to finished formulations, following cGMP guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in a mechanical or chemistry-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a cannabis or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of chemical processes and equipment operation, with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cannabis manufacturing equipment and processes, including Hydrocarbon Extraction, Ethanol Extraction, Distillation, and Centrifuges.
• Start up and shut down processing equipment, and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning.
• Perform lab bench work and product filtrations.
• Train and qualify on the manufacturing processes of your assigned area.
• Process and formulate products, following standardized formulas.
• Prepare chemical solutions for processes, following standardized formulas.
• Accurately weigh, measure, count, and label materials and products.
• Record and maintain accurate production data and logs per SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
