Job summary

Sinse Cannabis is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor — Chemical Processing to lead a small team in hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction, post-processing, and distillation. You will own daily scheduling, batch records, and safety standards on the floor, working hands-on with your technicians.

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and guide 2–4 technicians, with a merit-based pay progression from $26.00/hour to $31.00/hour based on competencies and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising manufacturing or cannabis processing operations.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 2–4 Manufacturing Technicians in chemical processing workflows.
• Oversee hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction, post-processing, and distillation operations.
• Ensure SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements (cGMP, METRC) are followed.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance feedback for technicians.
• Maintain equipment safety, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Manager on scheduling, yields, and deviations.
