Job summary

Cindavi in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to own a core assembly line. You will be on the production floor, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while collaborating with quality and maintenance teams.

You will lead Lean initiatives, conduct capability and time studies, and implement practical changes that increase speed, safety, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands-on mindset with proven production-line improvements.
• Able to work across production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance of an assigned assembly line.
• Spend majority on the production floor identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and keep equipment at peak efficiency.
• Implement process changes and Lean techniques to optimize production.
• Conduct capability and time studies; participate in Kaizen events.
