Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our team in Ripon, WI, responsible for an assembly line. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with autonomy to identify and implement improvements that boost efficiency on the production floor.

You will work with production, quality, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, using Lean methods and cross-functional teamwork. Mentors will support your growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on mindset with proven track record on production lines.
• Ability to collaborate across production, quality, and maintenance.
• Experience with Lean techniques, process mapping, FMEA, and RCA.
• Capable of leading projects in a fast-moving continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost on an assigned assembly line area.
• Spend majority of time on the production floor examining equipment and processes to find improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment.
• Implement process changes and use Lean techniques to improve production performance.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools, and participate in Kaizen events.
