Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at our Hannibal plant to lead technical outcomes on packaging and processing systems. You will spend substantial time on the floor, troubleshoot, and build the team’s capabilities while driving loss elimination and product quality improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize system performance, ensure safety standards, and support daily operations with hands-on problem solving and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing product or process engineering experience.
• Knowledge of unit operations and manufacturing machinery.
