Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and learn how a modern sawmill operates.
• Explore production processes and how teams work together to safely produce quality wood products.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance.
• Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations.
• Work alongside experienced operations professionals while building leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
